He is also the Founder Trustee of Confederation of Indian Organizations for Service and Advocacy (CIOSA) that works towards bringing NGOs, corporates and individuals on a common platform for mutual learning.

Co-founder of The Ma Foi Management Consultants Limited, Hemalatha Rajan has played a pivotal role in building The Ma Foi Foundation into a sensitive and strategic CSR arm of the organization. Her passion towards empowering women has actually helped in building a movement of change in the lives of over 20,000 women, who are today enjoying economic and emotional independence.

She is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of experience in Finance, Audit and Executive Search.

Trustee, The Ma Foi Foundation
Chief Executive of the Executive Search business of The Ma Foi, she has been with the organization for over 13 years, handling various critical roles. Hastha Krishnan strongly believes in the capacity of every individual to be able to give a part of oneself to the society, to bring about lasting change.

Her belief in the importance of education for children has motivated many members in
The Ma Foi to provide career guidance and mentoring to underprivileged children periodically.

Hastha Krishnan holds a Masters Degree in English and has graduated in Sociology.

Trustee, The Ma Foi Foundation
General Manager of the Staffing Solutions Group in The Ma Foi, he has handled the operations of various large centers in The Ma Foi. His commitment to give something to the society, has seen him getting involved in the conceptualization of various activities of the Foundation.

In his current role as a Trustee, he helps in running fund-raising and awareness campaigns for the Foundation.

Mishra holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication) and a Masters in Business Administration from Jadavpur University.

Programme Manager-Ekam
Dr. Lakshmi, a neo-natal specialist, joined the Foundation in 2007 to lead project Ekam. She has worked as a child specialist with some of the renowned hospitals in the city.
Dr. Lakshmi is passionate about reaching out to the underprivileged and providing them with access to quality healthcare.

In her current role, she handles the implementation of healthcare programs in communities and corporation schools. She believes that every child has a right to quality healthcare irrespective of his/ her economic status.

Dr. Lakshmi is an MBBS, a Diploma in Child Health.

Programme Manager-DISHA
Prasanna joined The Ma Foi Foundation as Programme Manager in 2004. Prior to joining the Foundation, Prasanna worked with The New Indian Express, The Hindu and TMI Network.

In his current role, he handles the conceptualization and implementation of DISHA programs that aim at holistic development of children from the disadvantaged communities. Prasanna is passionate about developing the leadership skills of children and strongly believes that DISHA will raise sensitive, responsible and productive citizens of tomorrow.

He earned his Masters in Business Management from the School of Management, Pondicherry University.

Programme Manager-Sornam
Joel has over 30 years of experience in working with grassroot organizations. He joined the Foundation in 2007.

In his current role, he manages the women empowerment programs that include initiation of self help groups, planning, monitoring and evaluation of the employability initiatives and co-ordination of placement programs for them. He strongly believes that if every individual actively participates in community building initiatives, it would help build a more just and sustainable society.

Joel has a Masters in Sociology.

Principal, Sornammal Matriculation School
With over a decade’s experience in teaching and grooming the young, Esther joined us in 2007. She emphasizes the importance of imparting value-based education and believes that every child has a potential that needs to be discovered and tapped. With a focus on providing access to quality education for the disadvantaged children, Esther implements innovative teaching methods and learning modules, making education fun and easy for all children.

She is an M.A and M.Ed in Economics, is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Economics.
